At Atrixion, we strive to provide the highest quality Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for our services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

    Trainer Cancellation: If Atrixion cancels a session and cannot reschedule it within a reasonable timeframe.

    Unused Sessions: For prepaid sessions that are not used and canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

    Health Issues: If a medical condition prevents the client from continuing training, with proof of condition provided.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at AtrixionCentralFlorida@gmail.com and provide the following details:

• Full name and contact information.

• Reason for the refund request.

• Relevant documentation (e.g., medical note, proof of payment).


Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome.

3. Refund Process
  • Memberships and Subscriptions: Approved refunds for memberships and subscriptions will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Classes and Training Sessions: Refunds for classes and training sessions will be processed within 5 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Products: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items
  • The following fees and services are non-refundable:

    • Completed or partially completed training sessions.

    • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance).

    • Enrollment fees, if applicable.
